Unexplained Light In The Sky, Devon UK

This video is of a 200 shot time lapse in Exmouth in Devon, UK. At first I put the image together in a stack to create the swirling lines, but I noticed a single point of unexplained light within it that wasn't the North Star. Then I put all the images onto a timeline and then I notice that it shows up for 1 frame just after 6 seconds (about 11 o'clock from the weather-vane). I have put the frame before, the frame and the frame after at the end and some close up of the unexplained light. The frame are the original and the close up have been lightened a bit in Photoshop. Any idea what it is? And before anyone says it it's not Photoshop.
